• Process Payments - Handle deposits, stakes, payouts, and withdrawals through our payment processor (Stripe).
• Location-Based Matching - Show nearby players and enable geolocation-based discovery.
• Maintain Ratings - Calculate and update your ELO skill rating based on game results.
• Send Notifications - Alert you about matches, game challenges, results, and important account updates.
• Ensure Safety - Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms and Conditions.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

4.1 With Other Users

Your public profile information (display name, avatar, bio, skill rating, approximate location) is visible to other users for matchmaking purposes. Your exact location, email address, and financial information are never shared with other users.

4.2 With Service Providers

• Stripe - Payment processing. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
• Firebase (Google) - Authentication services for social login.
• Microsoft Azure - Cloud hosting and infrastructure.
• Application Insights - Performance monitoring and error tracking (anonymized data).
• Mapbox - Mapping services. Our app uses Mapbox for mapping services. By using this app, you agree to Mapbox's Privacy Policy.

4.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. After account deletion:

• Profile information is deleted within 30 days.
• Transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations.
• Game history and ratings may be anonymized and retained for statistical purposes.
• Log data is retained for up to 12 months.

CueContactPro uses your device's location to find nearby players. Location data is:

• Never shared as exact coordinates with other users (only approximate distance is shown).

You can disable location services in your device settings at any time, though this will limit the App's matchmaking functionality.

9. Push Notifications

We may send push notifications about matches, game challenges, results, and account updates. You can manage notification preferences in the App settings or disable them through your device settings.

10. Children's Privacy

CueContactPro is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries within the European Economic Area and the United States where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

The App does not use cookies. Our web-based services (such as the admin panel) may use essential cookies required for functionality. We use Application Insights for anonymized performance monitoring.
